Since BeanOTP offers virtual numbers, we do not issue refunds once a purchase is made and the number has been activated successfully.
As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item on our site.
However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can occur with regard to the product we supply. Therefore, we do honor refund requests in the following cases:
1. Non-Receiving SMS
- If, due to server issues, you do not receive an SMS with a confirmation code from us, please contact us for assistance.
- Deadline: Claims for non-receiving must be submitted within 7 days of the number purchase date.
- After this period, the product will be considered activated.
2. Invalid Virtual Number Issues
- It may happen that you experience problems while using a number after receiving an SMS.
- To get a refund, you must submit evidence of an invalid number (for example, screenshots showing 2FA issues).
- Deadline: Claims must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
- If you do not contact us properly during this period, we may construe your silence as confirmation of successful activation, with no further right to a refund.
3. Major Defects
- Although all products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur.
- You should contact us if such issues arise.
- We reserve the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours of receiving your complaint.
- If the defect is confirmed and we fail to correct it within 72 hours of the initial complaint, a full refund will be issued or, at your choice, a replacement product of equal or near-equal value will be provided.
- Note: temporary access to your web host or server may be requested by our technicians to identify and fix the issue. Failure to provide timely access may delay resolution. Refusal to provide such access will make you ineligible for a refund.
Important Notes
- We do not bear responsibility and therefore do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility with third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions, etc.) other than those explicitly listed as compatible in the product description on our sales page.
- We do not guarantee full compatibility of our products with any third-party programs (including web hosts) and do not provide support for third-party applications.
Requesting a Refund
- Requests for a refund must be sent to info@beanotp.com within 1 week after the order is placed.
- The fee for refunding money is 5%.
- If 1 year or more has passed since the last deposit, the fee is 15%.
- After 2 years, the fee is 25%.
- After 3 years, the fee is 35%.
All refund requests must include detailed and grounded reasons for applying for a refund and must not contradict our Terms and Conditions.
