The only official ways of depositing and withdrawing are the methods displayed on the Company’s official website beanotp.com, its official Telegram bot, and its official mobile apps in the App Store and Google Play. The client assumes all risks related to the use of these payment methods, as these methods are not partners of the Company and are not under the Company’s accountability. The Company is not responsible for any cancellation or delay of fund transactions caused by the payment method. If the client has any complaints related to any of the payment methods, it is their responsibility to contact the support center of that payment method and to notify the Company about those complaints.
The Company will not be responsible for the operation of any third-party service providers that the customer may use in order to make any deposit/withdrawal. The Company’s financial responsibility for the client’s funds begins at the moment when the funds arrive in the Company’s wallet or any other account belonging to the Company and listed on the Payment Methods page of the website. If any fraud occurs during or after a funds transaction, the Company reserves the right to cancel the transaction and freeze the client’s account. The Company’s responsibility for the client’s funds ends when the funds leave the Company’s wallet or any other account belonging to the Company and listed on the Payment Methods page of the website.
In case of any technical errors that may appear during the financial transaction, the Company reserves the right to cancel those transfers and all other client financial activity on the Company’s website.
